Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

Day-1 : Arrival in Uganda – Entebbe

Arrival Point: Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your Nizza Tours & Safaris guide who will be waiting to receive you.

After a short briefing, you will be transferred to your accommodation for check-in and relaxation. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy the peaceful atmosphere along Lake Victoria or simply unwind after your journey.

Day-2 : Entebbe – Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, depart Entebbe and begin your scenic drive west toward Kibale Forest National Park.

The journey takes you through lush countryside, tea plantations, and traditional villages, offering beautiful views of rural Uganda. As you approach the forest region, you may spot monkeys along the roadside.

In the afternoon, you may opt for a guided community walk, where you’ll learn about local culture and daily life around the forest.

Kibale is famously known as the “Primate Capital of the World,” home to 13 primate species including chimpanzees, colobus monkeys, and mangabeys.

Day-3 : Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi Wetland Experience

Today is dedicated to primate exploration in Kibale Forest.

After an early breakfast, head into the rainforest with expert guides for an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking experience. Listening to their calls echo through the forest as you track them through the canopy is both thrilling and humbling.

Depending on your tracking schedule, you will also enjoy a guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. This community-managed reserve is rich in birdlife and primates, offering excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife viewing.

Return to your lodge for relaxation in the evening.

Day-4 : Kibale – Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Along the way, you will pass the Equator, where you can stop briefly for photos and a memorable moment standing between the northern and southern hemispheres.

Arrive at the park in time for lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive. This park is one of Uganda’s most wildlife-rich destinations, offering sightings of elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, and possibly leopards.

Day-5 : Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Once located, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat — a truly emotional and life-changing encounter.

Day-9 : Bwindi – Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Mburo National Park.

Arrive in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive or optional boat cruise on the lake.

Lake Mburo is unique as one of the few parks in Uganda where you can see zebras and the only park with impalas. In the evening, enjoy a thrilling night game drive with high chances of spotting leopards and other nocturnal wildlife.

Day-10 : Lake Mburo – Entebbe – Departure

Distance: 320 km | Approx. 5 hours

Arrive in Entebbe and transfer to the airport for your outbound flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Ugandan adventure.
